ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the learned Sub-Court, Thiruvallur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.50 of 2019 within a time fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision, even without notice to the respondent.

3. The respondent filed a suit for declaration and injunction in O.S.No.50 of 2019. The petitioner herein filed his written statement as early as 05.08.2019.

4. The perusal of the E-Court entry filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the issues were framed on 19.09.2019 and thereafter, the Court has been adjourned from time to time without any substantial progress.

5. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
