Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Tender Notice in Z.O.2.C.No.E1/4275/2022 dated Nil.11.2022 (published on 05.11.2022) on the file of the respondents and quash the same and direct the respondents to issue fresh tender after following the procedure laid down under the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act and Rules and add login ID of the petitioner viz. Smahadevan1989@gmail.com in all the works as in time to participate in the tender.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been disposed of by the third respondent by order dated 04.02.2023. 2/4

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the appeal has been disposed of, he may be given liberty to challenge the order of the appeal in the manner known to law and the present writ petition may be closed.

4. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous and the petitioner may challenge the order passed by the Appellate Authority in the manner known to law. No costs.
