This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 22.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17523 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned trial Court.
