ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate criminal action against Mr.Sabareesan, Dr.Kanagaraj and Mrs.Jeyanthi for their corrupt practices viz, looting and misappropriation of the Government money, while serving as Government employees in the Nilgiris District Tuberculosis Centre by considering the petitioners' representation dated 25.07.2025. 2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 14.10.2025, the learned counsel for the third respondent produced a copy of the order, dated 07.08.2025 passed by this Court in WP No.29390 of 2025, wherein, this Court closed the writ petition, giving liberty to the petitioner therein to approach the first respondent, the Additional Director of Rural Welfare, Nigigam, Chennai within a period of three months. Pursuant to the said order, the Deputy Director, Medical and Rural Health Services, Chennai conducted an enquiry and sent a report in Na.No.119/Tu/2025 dated 25.10.2025. The said report reads as under:
3.From the above, it is seen that there is no prima facie material on the complaint given by the petitioner to take any action or to proceed against the respondents.
4.The third respondent filed his counter affidavit dated 04.11.2025,
denying the allegations made in the complaint. Further, the allegations made by the petitioner are vague, without any proof or materials. On the complaint of the petitioner and verification of the records, spot enquiry conducted by the Joint Director of Medical and Rural Health Services and it was found that the complaint is without substance and enquiry report filed. 5.This Court, from the report and the counter affidavit, finds that the complaints of the petitioners are general in nature without any materials or particulars.
6.In view of the same, this Court finds no reason to entertain this writ petition and hence, this writ petition is dismissed.
7. However, if at all the petitioners have any reliable material in support of their allegations, it is open to the petitioners to approach the concerned authority, namely the Additional Director of Rural and Health Sciences, Chennai and make their representations with supporting materials. No costs.
