As seen from the affidavit of service filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, all the respondents have been duly served in these applications.

This Court by its order dated 06.10.2023 granted an interim injunction as prayed for in favour of the plaintiff/applicant in these applications.

Since the respondents have been duly served and no one has entered appearance in these applications, interim injunction granted by this Court on 06.10.2023 is made absolute and these applications are allowed as prayed for.
