Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to reinstate the Petitioner into service in the post of Headmaster of the 4th Respondent School with effect from the expiry of period of two months from 17/02/2016 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service to the post of Head Master of the 4th respondent School w.e.f. the date of expiry of the period of suspension of two months from 17.02.2016 2.The writ petition was filed pursuant to the order of suspension issued to 2/5

the petitioner. However, the departmental disciplinary proceedings were concluded and the punishment of dismissal from service was inflicted on the petitioner. The Education Department approved the punishment and therefore, the cause became vanished.
