2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. The contesting respondent, namely, the official respondents 1 to 3 represented by Mr.B.Tamil Nidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection to the delay being condoned. Respondents 4 and 5 are the coexecutants to the impugned document, which is the subject matter of the appeal. Hence, notice to them is dispensed with.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 39 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.109577 of 2022 is condoned.
4. The Regisry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
