ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2017 within the stipulated time prescribed. 2.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2017 to take action against the fourth respondent company. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the said prayer cannot be considered now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
