..Respondents Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that Letters of Administration with the WILL dated 02/05/2013 annexed of the properties and credits of

P.T.Rangammal also known as P.T.Arangammal may be granted to the petitioner as the daughter of sister/beneficiary under the Will of the said deceased having; to have effect throughout the whole State of Tamilnadu.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the last Will dated 02.05.2013, said to have been executed by late P.T.Rangammal @ P.T.Arangammal who died on 18.05.2013.

2. It is stated that the said P.T.Rangammal @ P.T.Arangammal died as a spinster and the petitioner is the daughter of her younger sister. The respondents are the brothers and sisters of the petitioner. The petitioner has examined herself as PW1. She has produced the death certificate of P.T.Rangammal @ P.T.Arangammal as Ex.P1 and the original Will as Ex.P2. The consent affidavits of respondents 1 to 5 have been marked as Ex.P3 to Ex.P7. Publications have been made and no objections have been received.

3. The petitioner has also examined one V.Parameshwaran who figures as the attesting witness of the said Will along with G.Geetha as PW2. He has spoken about the execution of the Will by the Testatrix and its attestation by himself and the other witness. The other attesting witness G.Geetha has been examined as PW3. She has spoken about the execution of the Will by the Testatrix and its attestation by herself and PW2.

4. In the light of the said evidence, I find that the petitioner has proved the execution of the Will by P.T.Rangammal @ P.T.Arangammal and is entitled to Letters of Administration.

5. In fine, this Original Petition is allowed granting Letters of Administration in respect of the Will dated 02.05.2013 in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner shall execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-

(Rupees ten thousand only) in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court, Madras.
