Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, seeking to direct the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.256 of 2022 the trial to be taken by day to day basis and fixed the stipulated time of period to be disposed.

ORDER
The 14th defendant in the suit for partition and declaration in O.S.No.256 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur has come up with the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the said suit. Page No.2 of 5
2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit has been filed in the year 2022 and though the pleadings are completed and issues are also framed, till date, the suit has not been disposed of.
4. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also perused the materials placed on record.
5. Considering that the suit is for partition and declaration and the same is pending for over three years, this Court directs the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur to expedite the trial in O.S.No.256 of 2022 pending on its file and dispose of the same finally on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the parties.
