ORDER
Alleging that the patta has been wrongly given in favour of private respondents, the petitioner made an appeal to second respondent on 26.5.2015. Seeking early disposal of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the appeal dated 26.5.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the third parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
