This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1089 of 2017, dated 19.08.2017, by the learned Special Judge under TNPID Act, Chennai. The petitioner, who had been arrayed as 1st accused in Crime No.3 of 2017, was granted bail on pre-condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- by the learned Special Judge(i/c), Special Court under TNPID Act, Chennai on 06.06.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.659 of 2017. Seeking to modify the same, the petitioner had filed Crl.M.P.No.1089 of 2017. Considering the petitioner's inability to pay the amount as ordered on 06.06.2017, the court below had modified the amount as Rs.25,00,000/-, by order dated 19.08.2017, which is also now challenged in the present criminal original petition. Heard S.Panneerselvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Considering the fact that the court below had already reduced the amount as Rs.25,00,000/-, the petitioner shall execute a bond of undertaking to the tune of Rs.1,00,00,000/- instead of depositing a sum of Rs.25,00,000/-.
