This petition is filed for amending the name of the 2nd respondent in the cause title as Dhatchanamoorthy, S/o Gothandapani instead of Gothandapani in Crl.O.P.No.24217 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the name of the defacto complainant/2nd respondent is Dhatchanamoorthy. However, in the cause title, it is shown as Gothandapani. Therefore, he prays to amend the name of the 2nd respondent.

3. In such circumstance, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
