This Application has been filed to implead the third respondent/ proposed 3rd defendant namely SK Tradings in the above suit.

2. Ms.S.Gayathri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no serious objections in allowing this application as prayed for.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side.

4. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, this application is ordered as prayed for.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out the necessary amendments within a period of two weeks from today.
