Crl.M.P.No.17398 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17398 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.25354 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.6 in Crl.O.P.No.25354 of 2022 by order dated 19.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there are three accused in this case and the total contraband seized is worth about Rs.50,000/- and the petitioner has been individually made to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-. He would submit that the petitioner is a poor person and he will be able to pay only a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of "The Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai". Therefore, he seeks further period of two weeks to comply with the said condition.

In view of the above submission made, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6 in Crl.O.P.No.25354 of 2022 by order dated 19.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of "The Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai and comply with the other conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
