ORDER

Challenging the order passed by 4th respondent dated 17.10.2013, an appeal petition was filed by the petitioner on 18.11.2013 and the same was forwarded to the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer. Seeking early disposal of the said appeal, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent/The Revenue Divisional Officer, who is the competent authority, to pass appropriate orders on the appeal on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
