This petition has been filed to grant leave to implead the petitioner as a party respondent in the above writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made a submission that he has chosen to withdraw the present writ miscellaneous petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
