Directing the respondents to proceed ahead with evicting the illegal occupier Mr.Mariaselvamani and handover the said place of 0.71 cents to the Nandanagar Resident Welfare Registered Society so that proper Public Park can be brought up in the said place.

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) This petition has been filed to restore the above writ petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 03.10.2019.

2. When the matter was called on 02.02.2026, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 03.02.2026. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is seen that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
