ORDER

The petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent on 04.12.2015 stating that he has been residing from 1964 onwards at Aavadathur village, Saviriyur goundar street, Mettur circle, Salem District.

2. There is a road to the property of the petitioner . However certain persons by name, Venkatachalam, Shanmugam, Kumaresan, who are sons of Mariyappan are preventing the petitioner from using the said road on the ground that they have obtained patta for the same. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent seeking appropriate orders including cancellation of patta. Seeking adjudication of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above, writ petition stands disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation made by the petitioner dated 04.12.2015 on merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the aforesaid private persons within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
