Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an inspection at Kasturiba Gandhi Nagar, Uppulipalayam Village, Singanallur, Coimbatore and to forthwith remove the obstruction developed in front of the entrance gate close to the compound wall of the property for ensuring the free ingress and egress for my property located No. 75/1, 76, Door No.20, Site No.17, Uppulipalayam Village,

Singanallur, Coimbatore, through the public street by considering my representation dated 04.04.2022 and 24.04.2022 in accordance with law and on merits expeditiously.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an inspection at Kasturiba Gandhi Nagar, Uppulipalayam Village, Singanallur, Coimbatore and to remove the obstruction developed in front of the entrance gate close to the compound wall of the property for ensuring the free ingress and egress for the petitioner's property located No. 75/1, 76, Door No.20, Site No.17, Uppulipalayam Village, Singanallur, Coimbatore, through the public street by considering his representations dated 04.04.2022 and 24.04.2022 in accordance with law and on merits expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ

petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after due inspection, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
