When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that the petitioner factory's Electricity service connection was disconnected on 17.07.2019 as against which the petitioner filed appeal on 03.10.2019. Thereafter, the restoration of service connection to the petitioner factory was ordered on 10.10.2019 and the service connection was restored in favour of the petitioner factory on 14.10.2019. However, without ascertaining the above said facts, the petitioner has filed this Writ petition. Hence, he prays for dismissal of this Writ petition.

2. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for 1st and 2nd respondents and since the service connection is already restored in favour of the petitioner factory, nothing survives for further adjudication.
