The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the circular dated 05.10.2019 issued by the Second Respondent to all the Transport Associations.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent, on instructions, submits that the impugned circular has been withdrawn with immediate effect by another circular No. O4/125/2019/TO dated 20.02.2020 and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
