ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Court, by order dated 05.05.2022, has disposed of the writ petition in WP.No.12010 of 2022, by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2022 with respect to removal of encroachment made by the respondents 2 to 4 therein, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the said direction was not complied with, within the time stipulated by this court, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 05.05.2022 passed in W.P.No.12010 of 2022 has been complied with. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in e/f/vz;:2107/2022/vg;1, dated 16.12.2022 issued by the respondent. 3.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
