Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, to declare that the notification No.25 of 2019 dated 09.09.2019 issued by the respondent is illegal as it prevents the petitioner and others who passed in the month of May 2016 from applying for the post of Civil Judge either as a practicing advocate or as a fresh law graduate in spite of having all required essential qualifications and consequently direct the respondent to rectify the flaw in clause 3B of the notification and receive the application of the petitioner and allow her to participate in the examination.
