ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to process the application for renewal of permit submitted along with receipt of payment vide NV 31219 dated 5/10/2015 in respect of petitioner's vehicle Tata Magic bearing Registration No.PY02-J-6193 within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.A. Tamilvanan, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the application of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 5.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
