The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 411 of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in CSR.No.1233 of 2023.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the anticipatory bail does not arise.
