This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the appeal against the judgement passed by the learned XVIIIth Additional City Civil Court at Chennai in S.C.No.429 of 2023 dated 19.03.2025.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 79 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
