ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue two numbers of manual "C" form declarations as requested vide representation dated 27.01.2016.

2. Mr.S. Kanmani Annamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader (Taxes), taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to issue manual "C" forms.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to issue manual "C" form declarations, as requested by the petitioner in his representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

27.01.2016, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
