ORDER

1. This application is filed by the applicant to condone the delay of 214 days in re-presenting A.D.No.19205 of 2025.

2. The reason stated for the delay is that the applicant counsel's fell ill and was admitted in hospital due to which the applicant's counsel could not re-present the said papers.

3. Though this court is not completely satisfied with the reason stated by the applicant counsel considering the fact that the delay is only in re-presentation. This court is inclined to allow this application.
