Writ Petition No.23662 of 2003 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Prohibition, to prohibit the first respondent from proceeding further with the demolition notice, dated 26.11.2002 bearing No.152 issued by the first respondent.

ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wanted to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents or the authority concerned under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act and made endorsements on the petitions. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to make an application seeking necessary redressal to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondents or the authority concerned under the provisions of the above said Act within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such application being made by the petitioner, the respondents or the authority concerned shall take a decision within one month from the date of receipt of such application. If no such application is filed, it is open for the respondents or the authority concerned to remove the encroachment / demolish the unauthorised construction / remove the deviation, as the case may be. No costs. W.P.M.Ps. are closed.
