ORDER

The plaintiff in the suit for permanent injunction pending in O.S.No.418 of 2021 before the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, is the revision petitioner herein, who seeks expeditious disposal of the said suit.

2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the petitioner has come up with the present revision seeking speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.418 of 2021 solely on the ground that, the petitioner is already aged about 92 years and she wants to put an end to the litigation during her life time.

4. In the light of the above and also considering that the trial has already commenced and the pleadings are also completed, this Court directs the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore to expedite Page No.2 of 4

the trial in O.S.No.418 of 2021 and dispose of the same finally on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.01.2026, after hearing the parties.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
