Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 2 and 4 to take action against the 6th respondent for obtaining fake MBA Degree, from 3rd respondent as per complaint dated 28.05.2019 and 12.07.2019. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents 2 and 4 to take action against the 6th respondent for obtaining fake MBA Degree, from 3rd respondent as per complaints dated 28.05.2019 and 12.07.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Now, the 6th respondent filed a counter stating that he has not obtained any fake Certificate. The second respondent has filed a typed set of papers saying that the certificate alleged to have been obtained by the 6th respondent stands cancelled by the University and the communication dated 08.11.2019, in proof thereof, has also been filed.
