This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 324 days in filing the petition to restore the writ petition, which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 16.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly this Petition is ordered.
