It is stated that notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., had been issued against the petitioners herein.

2. It is an obligation on the petitioners to appear and they can also take a decision not to appear. It is a choice left entirely with them but at this stage, consideration of anticipatory bail may not be appropriate.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition whenever need arises.
