Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate proceeding against the respondents 5 to 7 under Section 82 of the Registration Act and forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from inspecting, and to release the sale deed dated 17.02.2016 executed by the petitioner in favour of the 5th respondent registered as document No.842/2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent in respect of the property more particularly described in the petition schedule to the respondents 5 and 7 or to their nominees.
