This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to grant house patta for the petitioners in Survey Nos.209/5 and 213 situated at Perungappur Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District in pursuance to the petitioners' representation dated 09.09.2024 and the Memorandum issued by the first respondent vide proceedings No.Oo.Mu.A7/e-2442590/2024 dated 18.09.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to issue computerised patta for the land allotted in favour of the petitioners, as directed by this Court in this writ petition by order dated 22.09.2025, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this Order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
