Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the instruction letter dated 06.10.2015 made in Na.Ka.No.1347/C/2014 issued by the fourth respondent quash the same and direct the fourth respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's right of using green ink while signing the attendance register, representations, letters etc., and making brief notes in the

files.

This writ petition has been filed calling for the records relating to the instruction letter dated 06.10.2015 made in Na.Ka.No.1347/C/2014 issued by the fourth respondent quash the same and direct the Respondent No.4 not to interfere with the petitioner's right of using Green Ink signing in the attendance registers, representation letters etc.,

2. This writ petition has been filed as early as in the year 2016, and the petitioner was aged 52 years by then. Eight years have passed since the filing of the writ petition. By now, the petitioner must have attained the age of superannuation. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner also stated that he is not in a position to reach the petitioner to get instructions.

3. As seen from the records, it is noticed that the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation. In the circumstances, in the considered view of this court, practically the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous.
