Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the responents by way of a representation setting forth its grievance as against the charges created over various property in the Encumbrance Certificate accompanying the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In light of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as above. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
