This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10 February 2016, seeking appointment to the post of Office Assistant or Full Time Masalchi in the Tamil Nadu Judicial Department in Dharmapuri District.
The petitioner is an applicant for selection and appointment in the post of Office Assistant or Full Time Masalchi, pursuant to the advertisement published in the newspaper on 02 February 2016.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that taking note of his application, the petitioner has been called for interview to be held on 21 March 2016 and as such, this writ petition is premature, at this stage. We have examined the facts of the case.
Having regard to the aforestated facts, we are of the considered opinion that this writ petition is premature and it is accordingly dismissed. Costs made easy.
