By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 16.08.2024 seeking cancellation of patta issued in favour of one Manjula in respect of the property of the petitioner's brother-deceased S.Nagendran situated in S.No.21/6 in Kolathuvancheri Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and issue patta in his name.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that his brother S.Nagendrans died on 29.11.2018 leaving behind the petitioner as a Class II heirs. The divorced wife of S.Nagendran by producing bogus certificate, got patta transfer in her favour in respect of the subject property. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 16.08.2024 seeking cancellation of patta issued in the name of said Manjula and issue patta in his favour and the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Mr.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2024 will be considered by the 3rd respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to 3/6
the petitioner and above said Manjula, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed. 15.10.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking order:Yes/No dm 4/6
