This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the 5th respondent from carrying on business without obtaining appropriate permission from the statutory authorities by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2024

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation

submitted by the petitioner dated 14.08.2024, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
