This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in clause 6(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.29127 of 2022 on 28.11.2022, on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required.
