2. The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that he has no objection for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to pass an Award by six months.

3. Recording the same, this application stands allowed.

4. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by six months from today to pass an Award.
