C.M.P.No.19732 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.49613 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 152 days in re-presenting the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Though notice served to the respondents one and two, none appears before this Court.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am of the view that the delay of 152 days is condoned subject to condition that the petitioner forfeits interest for the delay period of 152 days.

4. On the aforesaid condition, the delay of 152 days is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondent counsel at the time of admission. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
