This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.9714 of 2025, dated 02.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.9714 of 2025, dated 02.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders is relaxed in toto.
