This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18641 of 2023 dated 18.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
