Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to take appropriate action on the Petitioner's Appeal dated 05.08.2019 by providing an opportunity to the Petitioner to put forth his case and taken final decision on the Petitioner's Appeal dated 05.08.2019 which was received on 16.08.2019 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to take appropriate action on the appeal dated 05.08.2019 filed by the Petitioner by providing an opportunity to the Petitioner to put forth his case and take final decision on that appeal which was received on 16.08.2019. 2.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the Respondents, on instructions, states that the Petitioner has not remitted the required fee of Rs. 500/- while preferring the appeal as prescribed in Rule 13 of the Tamil Nadu Private Security Agencies Rules, 2008. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the said amount would be paid by 28.11.2019.

On receipt of the said sum of Rs. 500/-, the First Respondent shall issue notice to the Petitioner and other concerned parties for appearance on the day fixed for hearing which shall be attended by them on that date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and they extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. It shall be ensured that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. After giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, each of the contentions raised by the parties shall be considered and reasoned orders shall be passed on merits in accordance with law and the decision taken shall be communicated to all parties under written acknowledgment and a report of such compliance shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 31.03.2020.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
