ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.20254 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12161 of 2023 dated 28.12.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every three English calendar months at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition and the final report is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the fact that the respondent police has not filed the final report in this case, which was registered on 04.05.2023 and the conduct of the petitioner herein, this Court is inclined to relax the condition to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every three English calendar months at 10.30.a.m., however the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court concerned on receipt of the summons.
