Writ Petition has been filed challenging Para No.4 (II)(ii) of G.O.(1D) No.217, School Education (S.E. 5(1)) Department, dated 20.06.2019, issued by the 1st respondent and the consequential proceedings dated 30.08.2019 and for a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to work as Secondary Grade Teacher at Panchayat Union Primary School, Thanikandi, Thondamuthur Panchayat Union, Coimbatore District. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for has been given to the petitioner and therefore, the writ petition may be closed. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
