Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of N.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. R. VENKATESH, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE for 2nd and 3rd Respondents the court made the following order:- Since the correct name of the Second Petitioner has not been typed, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition with her correct name and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
